Callosum is a boutique real estate developer based in Toronto, Canada. Our client wished to leverage the family business’ long history in architectural design and property developments in Asia into the Callosum brand. We were tasked with a mandate to establish a brand identity and create all their brand initiatives which include designing their brand image; the creation of their corporate website from the ground up; a corporate video that will be use in their corporate presentations and all aspect of their creative designs.

Although Callosum roots extend over 40 years in real estate development, most of that history pertains to developments in Asia with only a few development projects in Toronto. We need to formulate a branding strategy that encompass this vast history yet make it relevant to the Toronto market in which Callosum operates.

The Toronto real estate market is highly competitive. In order to create an effective brand for Callosum Development, we need to meticulously craft a brand identity that connects specifically to its main target audience.

We formulate a strategy to identify the strength and competitive advantage of the company to fortify that image effectively in order to yield the best results for its target audience.
